The legal framework for our professional AI consulting and automation partnerships.
1. Services Provided
Valkoma AI provides strategic AI consulting, custom agent development, and workflow automation services. Each engagement is governed by a specific Statement of Work (SOW).
2. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in a specific SOW, clients retain ownership of their proprietary data, while Valkoma AI retains ownership of its core automation frameworks and methodology.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing the necessary access and data required for successful automation deployment and for ensuring their use of AI complies with local regulations.
4. Limitation of Liability
Valkoma AI provides services on a professional basis. While we strive for 100% accuracy in our agents, AI systems are probabilistic in nature and results may vary based on data quality.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Valkoma AI is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
